All concerns raised will be taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and treated confidentially.

What to Report:

While not exhaustive, examples of situations warranting concern include:

  • Serious breaches regarding wages and work hours.
  • Health and safety hazards posing harm to individuals.
  • Unacceptable work or living conditions, such as inadequate heating or poor sanitation.
  • Unapproved subcontractor usage.
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, disability, or other factors.
  • Evidence of bribery.
  • Violations of the Company’s Modern Slavery policy or Business Ethics Policy.

Confidentiality is paramount, and all concerns will be handled discreetly. If requested, identities will be protected, and disclosures treated with sensitivity and discretion. Individuals reporting concerns in good faith will be protected from any form of detrimental treatment, regardless of the outcome or accuracy of their report.

Procedure for Making a Disclosure:

Upon receiving a concern, REAGENT Recruitment will conduct preliminary inquiries and determine if further investigation is necessary. Feedback on outcomes will be provided where possible.
